Em outro comunicado, em parceria com a Espanha, classificou a abordagem em \u00e1guas internacionais como um \u201csequestro\u201d e cobrou esclarecimentos, al\u00e9m da liberta\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc postParagraph_type-tag-h2__TtFkT\">Pris\u00e3o foi prorrogada em meio a suspeitas<\/h2>\n<p class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc\">Thiago \u00c1vila \u00e9 descrito como ativista de esquerda e pr\u00f3-Palestina, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o recorrente em campanhas contra a\u00e7\u00f5es israelenses. Autoridades israelenses investigam poss\u00edveis conex\u00f5es indiretas entre integrantes da flotilha e o Hamas, considerado organiza\u00e7\u00e3o terrorista por diversos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc\">N\u00e3o h\u00e1 confirma\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de v\u00ednculo direto de \u00c1vila com o grupo. Ainda assim, a suspeita tem sido citada por Israel para justificar medidas como a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da deten\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc\">Esta \u00e9 a terceira tentativa do ativista de chegar a Gaza sob a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de levar ajuda humanit\u00e1ria. Em junho do ano passado, ele participou de uma flotilha com outros ativistas, incluindo a sueca Greta Thunberg, quando foi detido e posteriormente deportado. Ap\u00f3s tr\u00eas dias, retornou ao Brasil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc\">Outra deten\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em outubro. Na ocasi\u00e3o, \u00c1vila foi interceptado junto com outros 14 brasileiros, entre eles a deputada federal Luizianne Lins (Rede-CE).
