As PECs precisam de pelo menos 27 para iniciarem a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc\">A proposta resguarda o direito \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o de governadores e prefeitos, mas adiciona a nova regra logo no par\u00e1grafo seguinte: &#8220;o Presidente da Rep\u00fablica e quem o houver sucedido, ou substitu\u00eddo nos seis meses anteriores ao pleito, \u00e9 ineleg\u00edvel para o mesmo cargo, no per\u00edodo subsequente.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"postParagraph_post-paragraph__juWZN postParagraph_post-paragraph-innerHtml__Q5vwc\">Na justificativa, Fl\u00e1vio lembra que a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o surgiu com a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, mas com uma emenda protocolada durante o governo de Fernando Henrique Cardoso (PSDB).
